About Donna T. White
Donna is a product of the Baltimore City Public Schools System. She was educated at a time when reading, writing, and arithmetic were the foundation for a good education. Donna graduated from Frederick Douglass High School and has received a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Coppin State College, an M.Ed. in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from Coppin State College, and a Certificate in Administration and Supervision from Goucher College.
Donna is currently attending Liberty University working on a PhD in Education Law. She holds certifications from the Maryland State Department of Education in Special Education (3/6 months – Adult) as an Administrator I Supervisor and Assistant Principal. Donna's career with the Baltimore City Public School District spans twenty-five-plus years, and her time with the district has qualified her to work as a Teacher, Educational Specialist II, Coordinator of Specialized Programs, and Literacy Coach.
